Who benefits from chiropractic care?The short answer... Everyone!! Whether you have pain or not, anyone with a spine would benefit from a chiropractic evaluation. Maybe your baby isn't sleeping well or maybe you have developed odd symptoms that aren't resolving; anything that could be interfering with communication between the brain and the body, it is best to look to the spine and its function!

Do you accept payment plans?At this time, our office does not accept payment plans. If you call our office and speak with one of our office manager, we would be more than happy to see what we could do for you.

What types of health insurance do you acceptCurrently, Alternative Solutions Chiropractic does not accept insurance or Medicare. We do not file insurance claims on your behalf, nor do we assist with claim resolution. We can provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) of services performed so you can submit this to your insurance carrier. We do everything we can to make our care accessible and available to everyone. You work hard to earn benefits, spending them on something that benefit you is important that is why we accept FSA/HSA. ​ Payment methods accepted are: cash, check, all major credit cards and FSA/HSA cards.

Can I speak with Dr. Brauer over the phone about my concerns?Due to Dr. Brauer having a full schedule, we do not allow patients to speak with her over the phone. If you have more questions than what the front desk can answer, they will discuss with Dr. Brauer before providing you with an answer.

Do you perform X-Rays in your office?We do not perform x-rays in our office. If our providers feels like you need a different diagnostic test before your adjustment, they can make a referral for you to go somewhere before adjusting you.

Are you accepting new patients?Yes! We are always accepting new patients. Usually, we try to get you in the same week or by the following week!
